How does the cooling mat work? The ice-silk surface feels naturally cool to the touch. No water, no freezer, no electricity needed. Just lay it down and your dog can use it straight away.

How do I choose the right size? Measure your dog nose to tail while lying relaxed and add 10-15cm. M suits dogs up to 10kg, L suits 10-20kg, XL suits 20-35kg, and 2XL suits 35kg and above. When in doubt, size up.

Is it chew resistant? The quilted ice-silk surface is durable for everyday use. For dogs that chew aggressively we recommend supervising use initially.

How do I clean it? Machine washable on a gentle cycle. Dry flat. Do not tumble dry.

How long does delivery take? Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. UK delivery typically takes 12-20 business days. You will receive tracking by email once dispatched.

Is free shipping available? Yes — free shipping on all UK orders over £25.

What is your returns policy? 14 days from receipt for unused items in original condition. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded immediately with no return required.

Do the products ship from the UK? Our products ship directly from our supplier. All orders include tracking and typically arrive within 12-20 business days.
