Refund policy

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. UK delivery typically takes 12-20 business days from dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Free shipping on all orders over £25. Standard shipping on UK orders under £25 is £2.99.

Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing or busy periods. If your order has not arrived within 25 business days please contact us at support@vairovale.com and we will look into it immediately.

Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once we receive the item we will issue a full refund within 5 business days.

Damaged or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately with no return required. Email us at support@vairovale.com with a photo within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to return

Email support@vairovale.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with next steps. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
